FM will auction a Fender Squier in daphne blue and white (the charity colors) signed by Rick
Nielsen of Cheap Trick. FM will donate the proceeds to PAX ( www.paxusa.org ), the largest
non-lobbying organization dedicated to ending the crisis of gun violence in America. PAX holds
that this issue is not a political one, but rather an urgent public health crisis that is claiming
the lives of eight children and teens every day. Through two innovative public health initiatives,
ASK (Asking Saves Kids) and SPEAK UP, PAX promotes practical, non-political solutions that
all Americans can embrace.

Further, FM World Charities wanted to honor Cheap Trick by donating the proceeds to
an organization that is active in their hometown of Rockford, Illinois.
